Your squad, your sessions, your match days — from first login to finals.
1
Getting started
From first login to knowing your squad cold.
Your first week as a coachLog in, find your squad, read your Home screen, tidy your player profiles and learn the weekly rhythm the app is built around.Set up your coach accountSort your profile, notifications, phone calendar and compliance record in one sitting, so reminders reach you, training sits in your calendar and your WWC never lapses unnoticed.Use your extra accessSome staff are given club-wide sections on top of their coaching role, such as finance, surveys or S&C testing. Know what each one shows, what stays read-only, and how to ask for one.

The weekly rhythm
Training, team selection and match day — the loop every week runs on.
Run your training weekRead who’s coming early enough to act on it, put a session plan against every session, bring in train-ups and guests, and keep the record honest.Pick your team each weekHow selection works in your programme: dividing a Mixed JDL age group between Blue and White before families are told on Friday, or setting a single team’s lineup on the match itself.Run match day from the touchlineRead the briefing, kick off, log goals, cards and substitutions as they happen, and put the record right afterwards, while every family follows along live.Watch live matches and read the ladderKeep the whole club in view on a Saturday, follow a full round of your competition, and read the ladder and the Club Championship.

Know your squad’s condition
Wellness, workouts and injuries — the health signals behind every selection call.
Read your squad’s wellnessDaily check-ins tell you who’s fresh and who’s quietly struggling. Read the fortnight at a glance, know what puts a player on the watch list, and have the right conversation before training.Keep workouts on trackWhen your squad has an S&C block running, the Workouts board shows who’s doing the work. See who’s behind, respect a stopped session, and back the programme without owning it.Read injuries and training loadKnow who’s out, who’s restricted and what a session took out of your players, and confirm a concussion return step when it happens at your training.

Develop your players
Plans, check-ins, video and the evidence the season builds for you.
Develop your playersBuild each player’s development plan from their self-assessment, answer what they log against their goals, and run the review meetings that move the plan on.Build and present a deckTurn Saturday’s footage into Monday’s review: choose the clips, shape the deck, present it in the room or on the club TV, and share it with anyone who missed it.Recommend who to keepGive your technical director a retain, release or unsure call on every player for next season, with a private note where it helps. Families never see it.Scout and review playersGive your technical director a verdict on a player they’re looking at, and, if the club has given you recruitment access, track the players you spot through the early stages.
