For Medical & Performance Staff
Clinical standards. Club setting.
Purpose-built workflows for physios and S&C staff — injuries, wellness, testing and load, connected to coaches and families with exactly the right visibility.
Medical and performance work deserves better than shared spreadsheets and “text the physio”. Clubhouse gives clinical and S&C staff their own workflows, their own visibility rules, and one shared picture of every player.
Caseload
Every case, on one board.
The club-wide Active Injuries board is your caseload view: family reports land in Pending Review, and you triage each case through Active, Modified Return and Chronic Management. Coaches see availability change the moment it does — never the diagnosis.
Automated flags feed the same queue: wellness dips, run-down streaks, load spikes — surfaced each morning so nothing waits for someone to mention it.

Concussion
Concussion, handled by the book.
A head knock starts the Head Injury Assessment workflow: the player comes off, stays off, and can’t be reselected until cleared. From there, the full eight-step graduated return-to-play runs to Football Australia’s guidelines — each stage dated, documented and signed off.
Families see where their child is on the ladder. Coaches see the training modifications. You hold the clinical record.

For squads running GPS, Catapult data syncs straight in — total distance, high-speed running, sprint distance, player load, ACWR. sRPE covers every senior session, GPS or not. Daily wellness check-ins complete the picture.
On the S&C side: season phases, test batteries, age-group benchmarks and percentile trends — with players and parents seeing their own progress in the app.

Working structure
Built around how clinical work actually runs.
For physios
The full lifecycle, per player.
Injury history, documents, pre-participation questionnaires and clinical notes in one record — with the timeline that referrals and insurers ask for.
The right people, the right amount.
Coaches see availability, expected return and modifications. Parents see their child. Leadership gets escalations. You control the clinical detail — role-scoped, end to end.
For S&C staff
Trends that talk.
Percentile bands, phase-to-phase comparisons, regression flags — per player and per squad, across the season.
Notifications you design.
Choose what coaches, parents and players hear about — and when. Check-in reminders, follow-ups and clinical alerts run on the schedule you set.
The medical room the club never had room for.
We’re starting with one club. Yours could be next.
We’re opening the doors to a small number of clubs each season. Register your interest and we’ll be in touch when places open.
