Recruitment & Scouting
Talent, found first.
The clubs that win recruitment aren’t the ones with the most contacts — they’re the ones with a system. Pipelines for players and coaches, player research with real playing history, a scout button on the sideline, and a front door where talent introduces itself.
The pipeline
Every name, every source, one board.
Targets move through a real drag-and-drop pipeline — targeted, contacted, interested, offer or trial, signed — whether they arrived from the sideline, an expression of interest, your alumni list or a research session. Nothing lives in a coach’s head or a notes app.

A board, not a black book
Player and coach pipelines per program, kanban or table, every card carrying playing history, scouting notes and activity. Mark a senior target signed and they land straight on the First Grade roster.

Research with real history
Smart search or advanced filters — season, appearances, goals, clean sheets, league — with season-by-season playing history behind every result. Standout boards surface top scorers, hot form, and your own alumni in form elsewhere.

Talent walks in the front door
An expression-of-interest form for players and coaches — ranked by real signals like playing pedigree or a highlight video, reviewed by your football staff, and one tap from the pipeline.
Scout from the sideline
See a player at 63 minutes. Have them on the board by full-time.
Scouting lives inside live match tracking. The opposition line-up is already in front of you — pick the number that keeps hurting you, rate them a watch-list player or a target, add a note while the thought is fresh.
Save, and they’re on the recruitment board as a target with the match attached — no photo of a team sheet, no name scribbled on a program. Every coach on the sideline becomes part of the scouting operation.

See them again
Watch the case for every target.
When a scouted player’s match was recorded on Veo, Clubhouse cuts their moments automatically and attaches them to the target — the turnovers, the assists, the runs that made you look twice. Staff can add their own clips alongside.
Then put it in front of football people: request a review, and a coach watches the footage and returns a verdict — pursue, monitor or pass — that lands on the target’s record. Recruitment decisions stop being one person’s memory of one afternoon.

Coach recruitment
Recruit the bench like you recruit the pitch.
Coaching appointments get the same rigour: a pipeline from shortlisted through evaluating to offer, with each candidate carrying their coaching history, qualifications, references and every interview note.
Sign them and Clubhouse turns the candidate into staff — role assignment, Working With Children check and accreditations tracked from day one. The hire lands ready to work, not as a fresh onboarding problem.

Why it matters
The best players sign with the best-run clubs.
Players notice which club answered the EOI in a day, watched the highlight video and did its homework before the first phone call. A professional recruitment operation isn’t just how you find talent — it’s why talent picks you.
Recruiting for the senior squad? First Grade adds contracts, cap budgets and planning boards behind the same pipeline.
We’re starting with one club. Yours could be next.
We’re opening the doors to a small number of clubs each season. Register your interest and we’ll be in touch when places open.
