For Players & Parents

Your club, in your pocket.

Everything about your footballer — schedule, selection, live scores, match reports, testing results, clips and development — in one beautiful app that’s never out of date.

Which ground? What time? Is she playing? How did they go? Is he actually getting faster? What’s she working on this season? Football families run on questions. Clubhouse answers all of them — before you ask.

The week

One glance. Whole week. Always right.

Up Next shows what’s coming for your child — training with arrival times, Saturday’s match, the club’s parent workshop, the development review you booked — with their season right above it: matches, minutes, goals.

It all syncs to your phone’s calendar — Apple, Google or Outlook — and changes arrive as notifications, not rumours. Going away or sick? Mark it in two taps; the coach knows instantly.

Their development

A development plan they actually drive.

Every player gets a living, interactive development plan — goals written in their language, not coach-speak. They self-assess, check in after training, and reflect after every match: not yet, getting there, nailed it.

They pin their own match clips to a goal and the coach replies — a running conversation about their football that keeps them engaged all season. And you see it all: what she’s working on, what the coach said, how it’s tracking.

Their performance

Watch them get faster, fitter, stronger.

When the club runs its testing days — sprints, jumps, the Yo-Yo — the results land in the app with age-group benchmarks: where they sit, where the target is, and how far they’ve come since the last phase. Height and weight track their growth right alongside.

Players in GPS squads get their own match numbers on their own phone — distance covered, top speed, high-speed running — with a badge the moment they set a new personal best.

Their football

Their moments, delivered to them.

Match clips of your child’s moments arrive on their phone — goals, assists, the bits worth keeping — tagged by the coach or picked from their reel.

Players get their own login — mobile number, no password — with their clips, their daily wellness check-in, their effort ratings and their numbers. Because it’s their football.

Every match

Full time is just the start of the story.

Every match ends with the complete report — the timeline of goals, cards and subs, your child’s minutes and positions on the park, and the coach’s post-match note.

Where the club runs match cameras the stats go deeper still — possession, shots, passes, corners — plus the head-to-head history for the next time you meet them.

The whole club

Every team. Every ladder.
Every competition.

The Matches tab isn’t just your child’s team. Flick to any squad in the club — fixtures, results and ladders across every competition, from the juniors to first grade, with the club championship race alongside.

On the weekend it becomes the club’s live board: every match, every score, updating in real time — with a red dot on the tab the moment anything kicks off.

Saturday

Never miss a minute.
Even when you do.

Watch any of the club’s live streams with the score on screen — and when one game finishes, the next kick-off queues up automatically, so Saturday just keeps rolling. Can’t watch? The live score follows you — minute by minute on your lock screen, a tap on the wrist from Apple Watch when the ball hits the net, and a live widget on the CarPlay dash for the drive home from the other kid’s game.

And more

Built for how families actually work.

Selection, the moment it’s published.

See the lineup — and for junior development squads, which team — before you leave for the ground, arrival time included.

Can’t be at the ground?

Watch in the app, send grandparents the public live link — no account, no login, just the football — or pair a TV with a six-digit code and put match day on the big screen.

Book the review yourself.

Development review days open for booking in the app — pick the slot that suits, get the reminders, and read the coach’s summary afterwards. No email chains.

Multiple kids, one app.

Switch children in a tap. Each has their own schedule, stats and plan — and the calendar merges it all for you.

The whole village.

Invite the other parent, a guardian, the grandparents — everyone gets their own SMS invite and stays in the loop.

Injured? The club’s across it.

Report an injury from the app and follow the recovery — status updates, expected return, who’s looking after them. Concussion alerts always come through, no matter your settings.

Your voice, heard.

Once a year the club asks what you think — about the club and about your child’s coach — completely anonymously, in about five minutes. The committee reads every response, and next year’s survey opens with what they did about the last one.

Notifications, your way.

Choose what arrives and how — push, SMS or email — per category. Safeguarding support is built in, including a direct path to the club’s member protection officer.

The clubs kids remember are the ones that had it together.
