Pathway programs are the competitions your club fields teams in. In NSW, that is Men’s, Women’s, Boys’ Youth (BYL), Girls’ Youth (GYL), Mixed JDL and Girls’ JDL. And you never have to count them — when your place opens, we find your club and show you its plan from the programs it already plays.

Is everything really included in every plan?
Yes. Plans price the shape of your club — how many pathway programs you run — never a feature ladder. A Core club and a Dual Pathway club use exactly the same product: every module, every persona, unlimited staff and families.
How do you work out our plan?
We count the pathway programs your club actually fields. In NSW, that is Men’s, Women’s, Boys’ Youth (BYL), Girls’ Youth (GYL), Mixed JDL and Girls’ JDL. One or two is Core, three or four is Pathway, five or more is Dual Pathway. When your place opens we find your club and show you its plan — there’s nothing to calculate.
How do the $1 months work?
Your first three months are $1 a month with every feature unlocked from day one. Your card is taken when you accept your place, and your plan price starts automatically in month four — monthly or annual, whichever you chose. One offer per club.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown ex GST, as is standard for business software. GST is added at checkout and every invoice is a proper tax invoice.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Monthly billing rolls month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is simply twelve months for the price of ten.
What happens if we cancel?
Your club’s data is never deleted. Staff access becomes read-only and families can still read what’s there — nothing is lost. Reactivating is one checkout away, at your plan price.
What if we add a program later?
Enable it whenever you’re ready — the new program’s surfaces unlock immediately, and your plan is re-derived from your enabled programs at the next invoice.
What support do we get?
Every plan gets the same support: 24/7 AI support built on Clubhouse’s own documentation — real answers at 10pm on a Tuesday, not a ticket queue.
