The planning documents the framework asks for — youth development plan, coaching methodology, annual plan, extreme weather plan and the rest — live in one library, organised by criterion. Working With Children checks tracked for every coach, manager and volunteer — verified against the OCG, with renewal reminders long before expiry and access blocked the moment a check lapses. Not a spreadsheet someone updates in March; a register that’s current every single day.

The season cycle

The FNSW cycle is relentless — planning documents, league compliance and technical qualifications due together, advisor visits at training and on match day through the season, progression confirmations mid-year, reports in September. Clubhouse tracks every milestone and keeps the club ahead of all of them.
And because the evidence is live, an unannounced advisor visit holds no fear: the club’s day-to-day records are already the evidence.

Why it matters
The standards are the point.
FNSW’s framework exists because structured planning, qualified coaching, fair game time and safeguarded environments genuinely develop better players — and better clubs. Clubhouse doesn’t help you get around the standards. It makes running to them the easiest way to run your club.
