About

Built inside a real club. For every club like it.

Clubhouse wasn’t designed for clubs from the outside. It grew inside one — season after season, problem by problem.

The story

Started at one club. Built pitch-side.

Clubhouse began at one NPL NSW club run the way most clubs are — spreadsheets, group chats, paper forms, and a handful of volunteers holding it all together. It started as a way to give them their evenings back.

A coach needed lineups on a phone, so that got built. The treasurer needed payments matched to players, so that got built. Written during the week, used that weekend — and it still works that way.

Today the club uses Clubhouse for everything — registrations, match days, video, medical, payments — across hundreds of players and every programme, every week of the season. Now we’re opening it up to clubs like yours, carefully, one at a time.

From the stands

What parents say, unprompted.

Unsolicited messages from parents at the club, exactly as they arrived.

Congratulations on the clubhouse app. It truly is a one stop app. Incredible!

Clubhouse with the live streaming addition is amazing and being able to see club wide results and streams is great.

Clubhouse is absolutely amazing, my son loves using it and can’t wait for the weekly clips and match highlights.

How we build

The standard we sell is the one we live with.

Software elegant enough that families love it, and serious enough that a club can run on it. In practice, that means four things.

Built pitch-side, not in a boardroom

Every feature earned its place by surviving a real season — real committee meetings, real Tuesday-night training, real Saturday chaos.

Families are users, not recipients

The app in a parent’s pocket gets the same care as the admin’s dashboard. If families don’t love it, it isn’t finished.

One price, nothing passed on

The price a club sets is exactly what a family pays, on every payment method. Card costs are the club’s expense — never a surcharge.

Made in Sydney. Data stays here.

Built in Sydney for Australian football. Club and player data lives in Australia, full stop.

Joining

Entirely self-service, from day one.

No onboarding calls, no consultants, no training manuals. Clubhouse is designed so a club can set itself up and run — if it needed hand-holding, we’d treat that as a bug.
