Session Planner

Tuesday night, designed like a pro academy.

Draw it, animate it, show it in 3D, run it pitch-side with no signal, and see what every coach actually ran.

The drill editor

Draw it once. It plays back at the speed players really move.

A pitch to scale, players and kit, an arrow for every pass and run. Add frames and the drill plays; the timing comes from how far each player has to go.

Drawn to scale

Players, cones, goals, zones and every kind of arrow, with a finger, a mouse or an Apple Pencil. Hover to watch this one run.

Frames that keep honest time

Each frame pauses, then moves to the next in the time its slowest player really needs. Watch at Coaching pace or Match speed.

Sessions and the season

The block’s emphasis reaches every training night.

The technical director builds the session once and puts it on the night, for every squad that trains that night.

  • A session is seven or so blocks with the minutes that add up to the night
  • Preview as the coach, on their phone, before you publish
  • When a coach changes a night, you see what changed and why

On the night

Run mode. One block at a time, with no signal.

The plan is on the phone before the coach reaches the ground, and stays there if the ground has no coverage.

  • A timer per block, the screen kept awake, Next naming what comes after
  • Each planned night says whether this phone can run it offline
  • Afterwards, one honest line: went to plan, changed on the night, or didn’t work

Set pieces and Tactics

Draw the corner once. Cast it every Saturday.

A set piece is drawn with roles, not names. Each match gets its own version of who does what, filled from that week’s team.

  • The match’s Tactics tab says when every role has a player
  • The same play goes into the pre-match presentation as a Play slide
  • Show walks one player through their run, in Plan or 3D

The club library

The good ones belong to everyone.

Coaches submit a drill or session to the club library; the technical director approves it, and can feature it so it comes first wherever coaches search.

  • Submitted drills wait at the top of the tab they would land in, with a count
  • The programme’s methodology files the library: every principle, family of practice and session structure opens the drills under it
  • Write the methodology once and Clubhouse drafts in the club’s own words from then on, starting with player development plans
