For Administrators & Committee

The whole club. Finally in one place.

Registrations, squads, staff, fixtures, compliance, communication — everything you’re responsible for, organised, automated and off your kitchen table.

You know the drill. The registrar has one spreadsheet, the coaches have another, WWC records live in someone’s inbox, and every schedule change means fifty messages. The club runs — but only because a few people never stop.

Clubhouse is what happens when all of it lives in one system.

Onboarding

Everyone in. Nobody chased.

Import players and families straight from the PlayFootball registration report — columns mapped, families grouped, previewed before anything lands. Then send invites by SMS: parents are in the app in under a minute, no passwords, no support calls.

And you can see who hasn’t made it — never activated, at risk, unflagged absences — as a worklist, not a mystery.

Communication

Nothing reaches families without sign-off.

Routine communication runs itself — training reminders, selections, cancellations, results — multi-channel, respecting each family’s preferences. You set the policy once.

And when the league moves a fixture, the change lands in your approval queue with the exact SMS families will receive and who’s getting it. One tap approves it. No surprises, in either direction.

Safeguarding

Your safeguarding position, always defensible.

Every coach, manager and volunteer in one register — roles, qualifications, Working With Children checks verified against the OCG. Expiring checks chase themselves with friendly reminders; unverified people don’t get access.

When the question comes — from a parent, the committee or the federation — the answer is a screen, not a search through inboxes.

Member sentiment

Know what your members really think.

Once a year, every parent and senior player gets an anonymous survey — one score for the club, one for each of their coaches, and room to say what they actually think. It sends itself, chases itself once, and closes itself.

What comes back is a club NPS with the movement on last year, a coach-by-coach table that shows exactly which cohorts are moving the number, and AI-collated themes from every piece of free text — with an executive summary drafted for the committee meeting and suggested actions you can accept and track.

It also settles the FNSW Members Experience criterion: feedback collected, and feedback acted on, in one evidence pack.

One calendar

The whole club’s week, on one screen.

Every program’s training, every Saturday fixture, committee meetings, coach workshops, parent review evenings with live booking counts, the working bee — colour-coded per program, filtered in a tap. Set the weekly training schedule once and the season materialises; every event reaches exactly the right audience and lands in their phone’s calendar.

And the rest

The rest of the job, handled.

Fixtures that maintain themselves.

Fixtures, results and ladders keep themselves current across every program — and the weekend scoreboard greets you Monday morning.

The committee, continuous.

Upload the constitution and Clubhouse reads it — terms, composition, required office-bearers. AGM rollover runs the morning after, scoped portal access per office-bearer. Handover stops being an archaeology project.

First Grade, planned like the pros.

Senior squad contracts, salary-cap budgets and scenario modelling for your men’s and women’s programs — plus a drag-and-drop planner and recruitment pipeline, so next season is decided on numbers, not napkins.

Answers on tap.

Ask Clubhouse — the built-in AI assistant — answers how-to questions, FNSW rules queries, even questions about your own club’s data.

Your club, your brand.

Club colours, logo and program names throughout — plus integrations with Veo, Catapult and Klaviyo where you use them.

Run the club. Don’t let it run you.

Clubhouse

We’re starting with one club. Yours could be next.

We’re opening the doors to a small number of clubs each season. Register your interest and we’ll be in touch when places open.
