Early access

Be first when the doors open.

We’re running one foundation NPL NSW club end to end while we perfect every detail. We’ll open the doors to a limited number of clubs next.

We believe club software should be proven, not promised. That’s why Clubhouse runs a full NPL club — every squad, every session, every match day — before we ask any other club to trust it.

When places open, priority goes to registered clubs, in order. Tell us about yours.

This genuinely shapes what we build next.

We’ll only use this to keep you posted on Clubhouse access. No spam, no sharing. See our Privacy Policy.

Questions

What clubs ask us.

Can my club sign up today?

Not just yet — we’re building Clubhouse with one foundation club while we prove the platform across a full NPL season. Register your interest and you’ll be first in line when places open, in order.

What does it cost?

Pricing is being finalised alongside early access, and we’ll share it with registered clubs first. Our intent: genuinely affordable for a community-run club, priced per program so small clubs pay small.

What do we need to have already?

Not much. Clubhouse works with the competition and registration platforms NSW football already runs on — fixtures, results and ladders keep themselves up to date, and player lists import from your PlayFootball registration report. Families join by SMS invite — no passwords, no setup on their end.

Is it only for NPL NSW clubs?

Clubhouse is built around NPL NSW first — its competitions, the FNSW Club Standards framework, Football Australia protocols. Registered clubs from other competitions and states help us decide where to go next, so do register.

We already use a comms or fixtures app. Why change?

Clubhouse isn’t a comms app — it’s the club’s operating system. Comms happen automatically as a by-product: publish a lineup, families are notified; cancel training, families know. The difference is everything behind the message — development, medical, compliance, match day — living in the same place.

Who sees medical information?

Clinical detail is restricted to medical staff. Coaches see availability and readiness. Parents see their own child. Access is role-scoped throughout the platform.

Where is our data held?

In Australia (Sydney region). Your club’s data belongs to your club.

Do families need to pay or create accounts?

No. Families are invited by the club and log in with their mobile number — no passwords, no cost to them. The apps are free on the App Store and Google Play.

We’re volunteers, not IT people. How hard is setup?

Clubhouse is completely self-serve, and it’s designed for exactly you: players import from your PlayFootball registration report, fixtures keep themselves up to date, and families join by SMS invite. Every screen is built to be obvious to busy volunteers, not just IT people. If you can run a club on spreadsheets, Clubhouse will feel like a holiday.
