First Grade
Senior squad planning. Professional grade.
Rosters, contracts, budgets, recruitment and scenario modelling for your senior men’s and women’s squads — the planning tools professional clubs take for granted, built for the way senior football works here.
The senior operation
Contracts, targets and league rules. One workspace.
Every deal, every target and every FNSW roster rule in one invite-only workspace — with a live salary-cap position that reprices as the season unfolds and as you plan.

FNSW’s Player Roster Principles checked live as you plan — squad size, visa spots, homegrown minimums, match-day youth quotas. The Women’s Player Points System runs the same way, against its 460-point cap.
The planner
Next season, on a board you can touch.
Planning boards are a sandbox for shaping the squad. Drag players and targets into position, model a re-negotiation with a board-only wage, flip the formation — and watch the budget and compliance read reprice with every move. Nothing touches the live roster until you commit it, so you can hold three versions of next season side by side and argue about them properly.

Scenario modelling
Model the season before you spend a dollar.
Result bonuses mean a squad’s true cost depends on how the season goes. Clubhouse prices the same squad under whichever future you want to test — benchmark scenarios grounded in real historical seasons, or any scenario you build yourself.
Once the league is under way, the forecast banks the results you’ve earned and projects only the games left. Mid-season moves are pro-rated to the window they actually cover, and cap and gross sit side by side — what counts toward the cap, and what the squad truly costs.

Recruitment
Research like a professional scout.
Research players the way a scouting department would — by league, position, age and form — with season-by-season playing history behind every result: the clubs they’ve been, appearances, goals, clean sheets. Standout lists surface top scorers, hot form and your own alumni playing elsewhere.
One tap adds a player to the pipeline with scouting notes and their full ask — then drag them straight onto a planning board and price the deal before you’ve made the call.
And recruitment runs club-wide, not just at senior level — Recruitment & Scouting adds sideline scouting, expressions of interest and coach pipelines across every program.

Australian Championship
Plan the Championship run.
A Championship board plans by finishing outcome, not a league record — Champion through to group stage — with each outcome carrying a realistic match record. A deep run prices every win bonus and progression clause it would trigger, and the floor scenario tells you the least the squad can cost.

Wages stay behind an invite-only door.
Contracts and wages are the most sensitive data a club holds. First Grade is invite-only — coaches and TDs run recruitment without ever seeing a dollar figure, and the committee decides exactly who holds the keys.
