Your week across the club
The club-wide pages a goalkeeping coach works from: the calendar, the event replies that need you, your notifications, and each programme’s season plan.
You coach across every programme, so your week never fits inside one squad's calendar. Four pages pull it together, all reading the whole club, and none of them asks you to schedule anything.
- Your own sessions come from the weekly patterns in
Schedule, covered in Coach the club's goalkeepers. The pages here show them alongside everything else. - Settings are shared with the coach portal, so if you've used Clubhouse as a squad coach, your profile and preferences are already there.
Calendar is the club's week: every session, match and club event in every programme, because a keeper you coach could be involved in any of them. Filters on the left turn each programme on and off, with Goalkeeping among them, and your cohort sessions sit in the list with the squad sessions your keepers also train in.
It's for reading. Sessions come from the weekly patterns, matches from the fixture list and club events from the admins. Tapping an item opens its details. To change or cancel one of your own sessions, open it from Training and use Modify.
The one thing you do here is reply. A club event waiting on you shows at the top, as it does on your home screen, with a Reply button and, where one is set, a reply-by date ("Reply by Sun 11 Oct" for Presentation Night). When several are waiting, the card says how many more need a reply. It takes seconds and saves an admin chasing you.
The bell on your phone opens your notifications: everything you've been sent, in one list, so a notification you swiped away isn't lost. On a computer, click the bell at the bottom of the menu, beside your name: your latest notifications open right there, and View all opens the full list. Manage notification preferences at the top of the full list takes you to your settings.
Because you coach keepers across the club, you're told about:
- Injury updates for any goalkeeper at the club, so a keeper ruled out on Saturday isn't a surprise at Wednesday's session.
- Training and fixture changes for any squad with a goalkeeper in it.
- Reminders for your own cohort sessions, plus the club-wide match updates any staff member can turn on.
Development plan work reaches you differently. Self-assessments notify the squad's coaches and check-ins notify the coach who wrote the plan, so keeper plan work mostly waits in the To do tab. Check it before cohort nights.
Your own development plan with your technical director is different: its asks and reminders come to you directly, and the plan itself is in My development. Grow as a coach walks through it.
Season plan shows how each programme's year is structured: the phases, what each one is for, and the key dates around them. Every programme at the club appears, one after another, because your keepers could be in any of them. The plans are set by each programme's technical director, so you read them rather than edit them.
That's exactly their use to you: time your cohort work to the phases. A technical block lands differently in pre-season than in finals week, and the plan tells you which one next Wednesday falls in, for every programme at once. Some calendar items link straight there with View the season plan.
If it says "No season to show yet", none of your programmes has a season set up. There's nothing for you to fix.
Your name in the header (or at the bottom of the menu on a computer) opens Settings, shared with the regular coach portal: profile, calendar sync, notification preferences and compliance. Calendar sync is worth two minutes. Tap Add to your calendar on the calendar and your sessions and the club's matches appear in your phone's own calendar and stay up to date.
- No club event is waiting on your reply, and the card on your home screen is gone.
- Calendar sync is on, so a moved session shows up in your phone's calendar.
- You can name the phase each programme is in for next Wednesday's session.
