Quick answer
How do I use the S&C module in Clubhouse?
Full walkthrough: Get started with S&C in the guide covers this step by step.
The S&C module in Clubhouse lets you manage physical testing across the season — set up testing phases, enter results, track player progress, and generate reports.
- Log in to the admin portal at dashboard.clubhouseapp.com.au.
- Signing in takes you straight to the S&C dashboard — there's no club dashboard to go through first. On a phone, the sticky top bar title is Strength & Conditioning — same module.
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Your landing page — upcoming sessions and an injury overview |
| Programmes | Gym and conditioning blocks players do in their own time: the exercise library, the builder, and the compliance board showing what each player has done |
| Training | Every training session across the club — squad lists, availability, wellness readiness and gym blocks |
| Load | Weekly load per player: external GPS load alongside internal session-RPE load, max-speed exposure and a readiness row, with trends below |
| Wellness | The clinical view of daily check-ins — soreness, sleep and fatigue — for squads using them |
| Matches | Club-wide fixtures, results and ladders |
| Testing | Testing phases and results, plus the settings behind them (test battery, age-group targets, phase templates) and CSV import |
| Reports | Squad summaries, trend analysis and insights, one programme at a time |
| Calendar | Every session, match and club event in one calendar — appended below the module sections, as on every staff sidebar |
Load is always in the sidebar, but until at least one squad has GPS switched on it shows a "GPS tracking not enabled" explainer — with no GPS data there'd be nothing on the page. Reports always works on a single programme: age groups from different programmes would otherwise be merged into one bucket, and a "U13" number blending two programmes isn't a number anybody can act on.
There's no separate settings section — the test battery, targets and phase templates all live inside Testing.
On a computer, your club's crest sits at the top of the sidebar. The small panel icon beside it collapses the sidebar to icons only, and the red count on Wellness becomes a dot. Hover the collapsed sidebar to peek at the names without moving the page, and press the same icon to keep it open again. The choice is remembered on that computer, in every portal you use there.
Programmes is where a return-to-training block or an in-season top-up lives. You build it once with video demos and prescriptions, assign it to a squad, and players log what they lifted on their phones — see How do I build a training programme for my players?.
S&C testing in Clubhouse follows this workflow:
- Configure your test battery — Choose which tests you'll use (e.g. sprint times, jump tests, agility measures) in Testing → Test Settings → Default Battery
- Set age group targets — Define target benchmarks for each age group in Testing → Test Settings → Age Group Targets
- Create testing phases — Set up pre-season, mid-season, and end-of-season testing windows
- Enter results — Record individual player results through manual entry or CSV import
- Analyse — Use Reports to track progress, compare squads, and identify insights
The Club Standards Technical Qualifications section scores S&C staff:
| Score | S&C Qualification |
|---|---|
| 0 | None |
| 1 | Formal, non-tertiary qualification |
| 2 | Currently studying Sports Science/Medicine Bachelor's degree |
| 3 | Completed degree + experience |
Youth programs may also have an Assistant S&C role scored similarly.
S&C data connects to the broader player development picture — physical testing results should feed into IDPs and inform training programming.
- S&C staff and admins see all results across all squads
- Coaches see results for their assigned squads
- Parents and players see individual results in the app's Health section (the S&C tab)
