How do I view and manage my squad?

The My Squad section is your home base for everything about your players. The page title shows your squad name (e.g. "BYL U13") so you always know which squad you're looking at.

My Squad has two standing tabs — plus a third when your club uses retention:

• Players (the default) — your squad list, stats, and contacts.
• S&C Results — your squad's strength and conditioning testing results across the season's phases.
• Retention — appears between them once your club has switched retention on for your squad's programme. Until your Technical Director opens the window it says so; see Recommend who to keep.

1. Tap My Squad in the navigation. The Players tab opens by default.

2. You will see a table of all players in your squad showing:

   • # — shirt number
   • Name and avatar — with card indicators (yellow/red) and guest badges alongside the name
   • Age
   • Train % — training attendance percentage
   • Played and Mins — matches played and minutes on the pitch
   • Access — when they (or their family) last used the app

3. Use the sort control to reorder — by name, age, training percentage, matches, minutes, or app activity.

Tap a player to open their detail page with tabs for:

• Overview — key stats, activity feed, and suspension/card information.
• Matches — match history and minutes breakdown.
• Training — training attendance record.
• Clips — tagged video clips from match recordings.
• S&C — strength and conditioning test results.
• Contacts — parent/guardian phone and email for quick contact.

If you're the head coach of a player's squad, you can de-register them from the club directly from their profile — open the player, go to the Full Profile tab and tap Remove player. You can add an optional reason.

A few things to know:

• This is a full, club-wide de-registration — the same removal an admin performs. It takes the player out of every team they're in, not just yours, and ends their current season registration.
• The Technical Director of each affected program is notified automatically whenever a coach removes a player, so they stay across squad changes. (This notification is always on and can't be switched off.) If you're both the head coach and the TD, you won't notify yourself.
• Only head coaches see this option. Assistant coaches can't remove players — ask your head coach, TD, or an admin.
• The player's historical data is preserved (matches, minutes, cards). If you remove someone by mistake, contact an admin to sort it out.

Open the player's profile, go to the Full Profile tab and edit Squad & Position — the Team Captain switch is there, next to position and shirt number. Save, and the captain is marked on your squad list and training roster.

Player detail pages include parent contact information (phone and email) so you can reach out directly when needed. Tap the phone number or email to call or send a message.

The My Squad header names the squad you're looking at. To switch, open your account menu (your name at the top right on a phone, or at the bottom of the sidebar on a computer) and pick the squad under Switch roles — each row names the age group and your role in it. Every tab (My Squad, Training, Matches) follows the squad you've selected there.
