Quick answer

How do I view my training schedule?

Training sits inside the unified Calendar tab in the app — alongside matches and club events — rather than on its own page. This article covers what training rows show, how to read them, and how to dive into a single session.

Finding training in the Calendar

  1. Tap Calendar in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Training sessions appear with a blue colour bar on the left, so they're easy to scan past matches (green) and club events (purple).
  3. The Calendar shows the next 30 days by default. Tap Next 30 days at the bottom to extend, or use the date picker in the toolbar to jump anywhere.

What each training row shows

A typical training row looks like:

5:45pm Training Seymour Shaw · Arrive 5pm · S&C · Video

  • Time — pitch session start, in your local time.
  • Title — usually just "Training". Squad and program are implicit (it's your child's squad — Clubhouse already knows which one). The exception is dedicated goalkeeper cohort sessions, where the row reads "Senior GK Training", "Youth GK Training" or "JDL GK Training" so a GK family can tell a cohort session apart from their child's main-squad training.
  • Venue — where it's on.
  • Arrive — only shown when the arrival time differs from the pitch start (e.g. arrive 15 minutes early for a warm-up).
  • S&C and Video chips — show when those segments bookend pitch training. Tap into the session for the precise timing.

Goalkeeper sessions on the dashboard

If your child trains as a goalkeeper, the Up Next feed on the Home tab marks GK cohort sessions with a coloured shield icon and spells out the cohort in the row title, e.g. "Today · Senior GK", "Thu 28 May · Youth GK" or "Tomorrow · JDL GK". Regular team training continues to read just "Today" / "Thu 28 May" as before, so you can tell at a glance which session is which when a GK cohort and a main-squad session both fall on the same day.

The status pill on the right shows your child's current RSVP (Going / Away / Sick / Injured) — tap it to change it without opening the session.

Opening a session

Tap a training row to open its detail sheet:

  • Squad — which squad the session belongs to.
  • Child(ren) — who it applies to (handy for multi-child families).
  • Time — the full block: arrival time, S&C window, pitch window, video window. Each segment shows its start time and duration when applicable.
  • Venue — full venue name.
  • Update availability — expands a picker inline so you can set status, duration and notes without leaving the sheet. See How do I mark my child as available?.

Cancelled sessions

If the club cancels training, the row stays visible with a red Cancelled badge and the reason (e.g. "Public Holiday") shown below the title. The detail sheet shows the same banner. Recently cancelled sessions stay visible in the list for a few days so you don't miss a notification.

For the full notification flow (push, email, what you'll see for a reschedule vs cancellation), see When training is cancelled or rescheduled.

S&C results

S&C test results (jump test, sprint, etc.) live on the Health tab — not the Calendar. Tap Health in the bottom tab bar, then open the S&C sub-tab to see your child's results across testing phases.

Tip: To get all your training sessions into your phone's native calendar app, tap Subscribe to calendar at the bottom of the Calendars filter menu. See How do I sync my child's schedule to my phone calendar?.
