Quick answer
How do I view S&C (Strength & Conditioning) results?
If your club runs strength and conditioning (S&C) testing, results are available directly in the app.
- Tap Health in the tab bar at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap the S&C sub-tab. Depending on what your squad has enabled, Health may open on a different sub-tab first (the daily Wellness check-in, or Work rate for filmed matches) — S&C is always there in the row.
If you've come in from a notification, you'll land directly on the right sub-tab.
- Headline stat cards — your most recent value for each metric, with a plain-English comparison to your squad average (e.g. "4% slower than U16 average") or to your previous testing phase (e.g. "3s faster than Pre-Season 2026").
- Testing phases — a full table of your scores grouped by phase (Pre-Season, Mid-Season, End of Season, etc.) so you can see how the numbers have moved across the season.
- Anthropometry and conditioning — height, weight, and other body measurements alongside the conditioning tests (Bronco, 300m shuttle, sprint times, jump tests).
- Not all clubs run S&C testing. If your club doesn't have the module enabled, the S&C sub-tab will show an empty state.
- If your club does run S&C testing but you don't see results yet, your child may not have been included in a testing session. Contact your coach or the S&C lead for more info.
- Senior players may also see a Wellness sub-tab for daily check-ins — that's a separate, rolling-out feature.
- Players whose matches are filmed may see a Work rate sub-tab with running numbers measured from match video — see Work rate from match video.
