Quick answer

How do I change the order of exercises or make a superset?

Full walkthrough: Build and publish training programmes in the guide covers this step by step.

In a strength session, exercises are lettered in the order they appear (A, B, C), and players see them in exactly that order on their phones. You never type the letters. They follow the order you set.

Change the order

Drag an exercise up or down within its block (Warm-up, Power, Strength and so on). On a computer, grab the row and drag. On a phone or tablet, press and hold the row until it lifts, then drag. The letters update as soon as you let go.

To move an exercise to a different block, open it and change its Block. It goes to the end of that block.

Make a superset

A superset is two or more exercises that players alternate sets between. To make one:

  1. Put the exercises next to each other in the same block.
  2. Open the second exercise and turn on Pair with the exercise above.

They become B1 and B2 (or whichever letter they are at), joined by a line in the session. Pair a third exercise with B2 to make a tri-set (B1, B2, B3). The editor shows the label the exercise will have before you save.

To split a superset, open the exercise and turn the switch off. Dragging an exercise into the middle of a superset adds it; dragging it away takes it out.

Players who already started

A player who has opened a session keeps the order they were shown for that session. Everyone else gets the new order straight away.
