Quick answer
How do I tell whether players are doing their programme?
Full walkthrough: Build and publish training programmes in the guide covers this step by step.
Open the programme's Compliance tab for the board: every player against every session, week by week, with their target progress and the last time they trained.
- A niggle flag means a player ticked Something feels off when they finished a session. You and the club physiotherapist each get a notification with the note they wrote, and the note is on your board.
- A weigh-in marker shows whether an adult player recorded their weekly weight. The number itself is visible to you and the medical staff, and to the player. It's never shown to coaches, and never collected from players under 18.
- Runs a player recorded on a watch are marked as verified. Everything else is self-reported, which is the honest description of training done alone.
If a player hasn't started, check whether they were told. The message you saw after publishing names anyone who has no notifications set up or has Workout Reminders turned off. They still find the programme in their Workouts tab the next time they open the app.
You'll get a Monday summary (counts only) for each live programme where someone is behind, silent or niggled. A programme where everyone is on track sends nothing.
Medical staff and your technical director can open the board; a technical director sees that a niggle was raised, not what it says. The squad's coaches get a read-only Workouts board showing Stopped — niggle, never the note or a weigh-in. A programme given to specific players is for S&C and medical staff only: the squad's coaches don't see it on their board.
