Quick answer

Why does the app look empty before the season starts?

If you have just accepted a place for a season that has not started yet, Clubhouse will look quiet. That is expected rather than a fault — there are no fixtures, training times or results to show until the club has organised the season.

Nothing is missing, and there is nothing you need to do.

What you will see on Home

A card confirming your child's place — the squad and season they are joining, and your deposit receipt if you paid one — plus a short list of what the app will do for you once the season is under way:

  • Every fixture, and a way to tell the coach when they cannot make one
  • Training times, venues and any changes
  • Following along on match day, even when you cannot be there
  • The development plan their coach sets, in the programmes that run them

What the other tabs show

Matches, Calendar and Health are all empty for now, and each says which season it is waiting for. Plan is there too if your child's programme runs development plans — clubs set that per programme, and senior squads usually do not. They fill in on their own as the club works through the season — you do not need to check back. Turn notifications on when the app asks and we will tell you when something appears.

We would rather show you an honest blank screen than an invented one, so there is no example data anywhere: everything you see about your child is real.

Why don't we know the coach or the fixtures yet?

Coaching appointments and the competition draw are usually settled well after registrations close. We would rather tell you nothing than name a coach who then changes, or print a fixture that then moves.

I have paid a deposit — where is my receipt?

It is in the welcome email we sent when your payment went through, and the amount and receipt number also sit on the Home card in the app for as long as it is there. If the email never arrived, check the address your club has on file for you and contact the club.
