Quick answer
How do I invite my child to Clubhouse?
Your child can have their own Clubhouse login so they can see their training schedule, fixtures, development plans, and match highlights. You send the invite from Family Members in your settings.
Your child needs their own mobile number. Clubhouse uses SMS verification to log them in, so the number must be able to receive text messages.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Family Members.
You will see a Players section listing each child linked to your account.
First time logging in? If this is your first session in Clubhouse, you'll see the first-run onboarding checklist instead of the dashboard. If your child hasn't been invited yet, the checklist includes an invite step for them — you can complete it there without going through Family Members. Either path produces the same SMS invite. If your child is too young for a phone, tap the button saying they don't have one. Tap Skip — you can always do this later on any step to move past the checklist and use Family Members at your own pace.
- Find your child in the Players list and tap Edit (or tap Invite if they don't have a number yet).
- Enter their mobile number in the Mobile Number field.
- Tap Save & Send Invite.
- Check who gets the text and what it says, then tap Invite 1 person. Not yet holds off without sending anything.
Clubhouse sends an SMS to your child with a welcome link to get started.
Tip: If you've already saved their number but haven't sent an invite yet, tap Invite next to their name on the Family Members page.
Your child gets a text message with a personalised welcome link. When they tap it:
- They see a welcome screen that mentions you by name.
- They tap Get Started.
- A verification code is sent to their mobile number.
- They enter the 6-digit code to confirm their identity.
- They're in — they can start using Clubhouse immediately.
On a phone, they'll be prompted to install the Clubhouse app if they don't already have it.
Once logged in, your child has their own view of Clubhouse with:
- Their training schedule and sessions
- Upcoming fixtures and past results
- Development plans and activity feed
- Match video and highlights (if available)
They cannot see other family members' information — their view is limited to their own data.
If your child didn't receive the SMS or the link has expired:
- Go to Family Members.
- Tap Manage next to their name.
- Tap Resend Invite.
If you need to disconnect your child's login:
- Go to Family Members and tap Manage next to their name.
- Tap Remove Access.
- Confirm the removal.
This disconnects their current login. They will need a new invite before they can sign in again. Their data is not deleted — it's just no longer accessible through their own login.
If your child gets a new phone number:
- Go to Family Members and tap Edit next to their name.
- Update the Mobile Number and tap Save.
They can use the new number the next time they sign in.
