Quick answer

How do I navigate the Clubhouse admin portal?

Full walkthrough: Set up your club in the guide covers this step by step.

The Clubhouse admin portal is where you manage your club's players, staff, squads, fixtures, and settings. Here's how to get started.

Logging in

  1. Go to dashboard.clubhouseapp.com.au on your computer or tablet.
  2. Select the Club Staff tab.
  3. Enter your email and password, then tap Sign In.

If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password and follow the email instructions to reset it.

The home page

When you log in, the home page greets you (Welcome back) and rolls up the club's week — live scores or last weekend's results, the coming weekend's fixtures, and anything waiting on you, such as fixture changes to approve. On a phone, an Our Programs grid also shows a card for each active program — MJDL, BYL, Men's, GYL, or Women's, depending on your club's setup. On a computer, programs live in the sidebar instead.

While a campaign your club has entered is under way, such as the Australian Championship, it takes over the home page: the club's own match leads, with the group tables below, in place of the weekend's results and fixtures, and the usual summary comes back once it winds down. Every administrator sees it; those who can't open the Championship's own programme just don't get the links into it or the trial game card.

The sidebar (or top navigation on mobile) gives you access to club-wide tools:

SectionWhat it does
HomeThe club's week at a glance
StaffAll coaching and administrative staff — roles, compliance, and portal access (super admins only)
PlayersAll registered players across the club — search, filter, and manage profiles
MatchesAll fixtures across every program — scheduled fixtures, results, and ladders
CalendarTraining sessions, schedules, and club events across programs
ComplianceEach programme's FNSW rating, the Document Library, and Safe to Play (the club's WWC and safeguarding record)

On a computer, the club crest sits at the top of the sidebar. The small panel icon beside it collapses the sidebar to icons only, so a smaller screen gets the room back; hover the collapsed sidebar to peek at the names, and press the same icon to keep it open again. The choice is remembered on that computer, in every portal you use there.

Settings lives in your account menu: select your name at the bottom of the sidebar. The same menu holds Help & Support and Sign out. The bell beside your name opens your latest notifications, and View all opens the full inbox.

Squads are managed inside each program, and modules like S&C appear alongside the programs — in the sidebar on a computer, and in the Our Programs grid on a phone.

Inside a program

When you tap into a program, it opens with that program's tools: Dashboard, Squads, Training, Matches, Coaches, Compliance and Training Library (session plans), among others.

On a computer, the main sidebar shrinks to a strip of icons and the program's tools open in a panel beside it, with the program's name at the top. Select the name to go back to the program's dashboard. To reach a club-wide section or another program, rest your pointer on the icon strip and it opens out over the panel, without moving the page.

What's the difference between admin roles?

Clubhouse has two admin access levels:

  • Admin — Can manage players, squads, fixtures, training, and program settings
  • Super Admin — Everything an admin can do, plus staff management, billing, integrations (Veo, Klaviyo), club-wide notification settings, and module configuration

If you need access to a feature that's greyed out or missing, ask your club's super admin to adjust your permissions.
