Quick answer

Where do I find my receipts and payment history?

Every payment you make through Clubhouse is receipted, and you can pull the receipt up again any time.

Two places to look

  • Settings → Payments — everything you've paid, across all your children, newest first.
  • The season fees page — a Payments list for that specific fee, if you only want to check one child's season.

To reach the first: open Settings, then Payments. If you don't see that row, your club hasn't switched payments on in Clubhouse yet — there's nothing to find, and nothing wrong with your account.

What each row shows

What it was for, which child, the date, the receipt number, the amount, and its current status.

Tap a paid row to open the full receipt — the same one that was emailed to you when you paid, including your club's details. The amount on the receipt is what you actually paid — never a fee-adjusted figure. If part of a payment was later refunded, the refund appears as its own line and the row's status changes to Part refund or Refunded, so the original payment amount stays intact for your records.

If you paid by bank transfer

The receipt is issued when the club confirms the money landed, not when you tapped I've made the transfer. That's usually a day or two. Until then the payment shows as still settling.

Using a receipt for a voucher or reimbursement

The in-app receipt is the same document as the emailed one and carries your club's details, so it works for an employer claim or a voucher acquittal. Open the receipt and use your device's share or print option.

For an Active Kids style voucher, the voucher is usually applied by the club to the fee itself rather than paid back to you — so check your remaining balance on the season fees page before chasing a refund. See How do I pay season fees?.

If a payment is missing

Give a card payment a few minutes and refresh — the receipt is issued when your bank confirms, not when you tapped pay. If it's still not there:

  1. Check the child is linked to your account. This list is built from the children you're connected to, so a missing link means a missing payment — see Update your profile and family.
  2. Check it wasn't a bank transfer still waiting on the club to confirm.
  3. If neither explains it, contact your club with the date and amount.

It doesn't matter which parent or guardian paid — every guardian connected to a child sees that child's payments, so there's no need to forward receipts to each other.

Payments made outside Clubhouse — cash at the canteen, a direct transfer the club recorded by hand — won't appear here. Your club's records are the source for those.
