What coaching qualifications do senior coaches need?
FNSW sets a minimum licence for every coaching role in the senior leagues, from the Technical Director to the U20 or U23 goalkeeping coach. A coach below the minimum can bring a fine equal to the cost of the course they need. These are the 2026 minimums from FNSW's Coaching Qualifications 2025 & 2026 document.

Open a coach from your programme's Coaches list and select Qualifications. What FNSW requires at the end of the tab shows your league's column for the season, with the roles the coach's licences already cover ticked. Senior programmes have no divisions to set, so it shows every senior league side by side.
